Getting Paid
We pay 10% of one months' rent as a referral fee. This fee can only be paid to licensed agents / brokers. Should you also refer a property that needs to be leased we will pay you 15% of the listing side lease fee.
All payments are sent within 30 days from collection of the first month rent
